I have been a certified personal trainer since 2012, during that time I have I have developed my coaching skills through client feedback, continuous study and my own individual passion for exercise and mindfulness.
I do this job to Inspire changes in my clients' lives because It brings me true happiness when know I have helped them achieve their full potential.
MY COACHING STYLE
Is very personal to your preferences, I help each of my clients reach their goals through finding out what form of exercise/eating plan is right for them through thoughtful planning, alongside physical and emotional support.
I also make sure you feel part of an encouraging and inspiring community becoming part of my little #FITFAM.
I will always introduce you to my other clients, I arrange group events, sessions and the use of Social media, as we are all in this together.
